I had a problem w FedEx delivering to local Walmart as i wasn’t available to sign for package when it was due to come. I emailed their info center to let them know issue and within a day the problem seems to magically be resolved - great service!
I ordered my necklace with the round yellow gold clasp; i must say i find the clasp quite frustrating to close and open when i am wearing the necklace and the piece that goes into the ball looks like it might break
I also ordered matching earrings, i was surprised that the metal on the earrings is white gold, not yellow gold to match the necklace - for there being no difference in cost, they certainly should match, or let me know otherwise
I would like to keep the paperwork / certificate with the pearl necklace, however the necklace box itself is too small to accommodate the certificate inside/within.
Would be nice too, if they had a special box that could accommodate the set - both the necklace & earrings together - or even imagine a box that was particularly made for necklace & bracelet set, etc
There were tears of joy when I presented this beautiful necklace to my wife for our 30th wedding anniversary. I was amazed myself by the quality of the pearls.
