Tahitian pearls come in pretty much every color in the rainbow... I have light greens, dark greens, peacocks, multi-colors and even a few incredible gun-metal silver strands. The shapes range from wildly organic baroque shapes to perfect rounds, and everything in between.
There's no single one length that constitutes a "rope" necklace. You can go for an opera length, or a longer 54-inch strand or longer.
The opera pearl strand is 28-36 inches in length. The strand may be worn in two styles; a long elegant single strand, or doubled on itself and turned into a highly versatile, shorter length. In recent years we've seen a trend of women wearing multiple layers of opera length strands.
The rope style pearl necklace is very luxurious and highly sexy! There's something incredibly satisfying about having a rope of pearls draped around the neck.
This freshwater pearl rope is a versatile and affordable piece, available from 35, to a dramatic 52 inches in length. Each strand is hand matched and strung with luster, shape and color in mind, available in AAA for a rounder, more lustrous look to your pearls.
All of our strands are hand-knotted between each pearl for security. The pearls in this necklace are strung with 100% silk thread, and finished with a 14K white or yellow gold ball clasp.
