    Beautiful but….

    I gifted my wife with this necklace that matched the Tahitian black pearl earrings I gave her last year. They are beautiful as are all my past purchases. But, my wife always complains about the clasps you use. They are extremely difficult,! Perhaps this is an area on which you can improve. She asked me to let you know. She winds up going to a jeweler to replace the clasp.
