Pearls Of Joy Return Policy & Customer Guarantee

We guarantee every piece we sell 100%. if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return any piece within 100 days for a full and prompt refund.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 100 days of the shipment date. Items that have been customized per customer request may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This restocking fee does not apply to regularly stocked items. Shipping charges are non-refundable and a $12 dollar shipping fee will be applied to all returned orders originally shipped out via our "free shipping" option. All returns must be accompanied by your billing name, address, order number and reason for return. Once we receive the returned package, you should expect your return processed within one week.

Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging upon return. If purchasing loose pearls, please do not mount or string the pearls if you plan on returning them, as this will void the return policy.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
